Police responding to a report of a "Biblical flood" instead found Maudine's tipped-over aboveground pool. Next to the tipped-over pool was a severely freaked-out Maudine. It seems the pool got overfilled somehow and a waterfall started and next thing you know the whole pool fell over. The rush of water filled the trailer space and washed everything out from underneath Maudine's trailer and into the yard and also into DJ the dope dealer's place next door. A few items even wound up in Willy's yard across the driveway. No arrests were made.

Another unlicensed electric parade got called in by Carl Bailey the psych facility escapee. This time the electric parade didn't turn out to be a bunch of cop-lights flashing down the driveway past Carl's trailer. Nope. This time the unlicensed electric parade turned out to be new resident E. Aron Presley's brand-spankin' new trailer sparkling down the driveway to space #54. Carl was issued yet another citation for making a false police report.

BT in space #21 got hauled in for being under the influence of a controlled substance again. Since BT's managed to make all his court appearances in the past, he got released on OR the next morning.

Jingo the retired circus midget filed a report of vandalism to his camper down by the duckpond. Somebody went and stuck a hose in Jingo's window and filled the trailer with water. Just opening the door damn near drownded him, so Jingo called the cops. Police refused to file a report of attempted murder over the damn-near drowning, but they did file a report of vandalism. Jingo requests prosecution to the fullest extent of the law should a suspect in this crime be located.

Welcome Wagon Willy in space #38 got hauled to the nuthatch after climbing up on the roof of his trailer and threating to jump. He was depressed over Fatty Daddy getting to boink them two old ladies and not him.  After trying to talk Willy down for hours and hours, he finally quit threatening to jump and climbed down anyways because Priscilla Presley showed up to visit her ex-husband in space #54.
