Welcome Wagon Willy spent the night in the jail trailer for peeping at Maudine again.  

Eddie Whisman and Arliss Feral in space #62 got hauled in for being drunk in public. They'd run out of meth and decided to get drunk at a bar instead. Eddie and Arliss got picked up by the cops while stumbling home from the bar, and they got to spend the night in the drunk tank as a result. The cops got some great mug shots of them.  Eddie and Arliss were cited and released, hungover but dried out, the next morning.

Maddog Monson spent the night in a cell after he got in a fight over at Buzzards Trailertopia. The other guy spent the night in the same cell. By morning, Maddog and the guy were friends because they found out they had a lot in common. They both smoked meth, got buckwild drunk, had lost a tooth in a fight, hated cops, and were locked in a jail cell at the same time.

Jingo the circus midget in space #99 got picked up for peeping up ladies' skirts at the mall again.

Carl Bailey the psych facility escapee up in space #1 got found passed out in the weeds by the duckpond again. Carl was removed from the missing persons system--again.

The guy who owns the bulldozer that blew apart while Andy was fucking with it called the cops on Andy for Vehicular Homicide. The bulldozer dude was disappointed to find out that Vehicular Homicide means killing someone with a vehicle, not killing the vehicle itself. No arrests were made.
