Littering, vandalism, and arson is all against the law. This means if you tear apart or burn up or even just drop trash on someone else's property, watch out, 'cause you might end up getting hauled away and doing time for that shit.

We have rules against making a bunch of racket and whatnot during all hours of the night. That rule's been violated a whole lot lately, mostly by speedfreaks armed with power tools. Please limit your Skilsawing and blowtorching and other shit that keeps your non-tweeking neighbors awake to daylight hours only.

If you gots a beef with your neighbor, talk to that neighbor first and try to resolve your differences. Don't call management and rat out your neighbor behind his back. Don't blow up or burn down his trailer. And for sure don't stick his garden hose in his kitchen window when he ain't there and turn it on and leave it running until he gets back and he's hit with a mini-Tsunami when he opens the front door. If a reasonable discussion with your neighbor don't remedy the situation, then you may form a mob and show up on the offending neighbor's doorstep, armed with your pitchforks and flaming sticks. It usually don't take much more than that to solve ANY problem here in the trailer park.
