Livestock such as horses, pigs, sheep, oxen, cows, and the like are forbidden in trailer parks. Anyone caught with a farm animal will be required to marry it, per the new Tinbox Acres Rules and Regulations Handbook.

If you bring guests into the trailer park, you are responsible for getting those guests OUT of the trailer park when they want to leave, or when their welcome wears out, whichever comes first. This includes friends, relatives, one-nighters, ex-spouses, dope dealers and buyers, motorcycle gangs, repairmen, and Mariachi guys. In fact, it goes double for Mariachi guys.

Whoever went and pitched a tent in space #29 had better ante up some space rent pronto. Remember--you don't have to put a trailer in a space to be charged space rent. All you got to do is live there, even if you're living in a snap-together dome tent or even a puptent fashioned by sticking a mop under a tarp. It don't matter. If you're living in a space in Tinbox Acres, you pay space rent. Period.
