If you catch one of your neighbors putting his/her life and limbs at risk by doing something asinine, just let 'em do it. That's Natural Selection in action. Survival of the fittest. Only those with at least half a brain get to survive and reproduce. The rest tend to accidentally snuff themselves. It ain't right to stop this natural process by hollering, "Hey!  Don't you know you can get KILLED doing shit like THAT?"

No matter how much fun it is to get airborne on our new huge rounded speedbumps, the speed limit through the trailer park is still only 5 MPH.

If you stand around outside someone's trailer hollering at them and throwing bottles, expect the cops to show up and haul you to the pokey.
