Don't dump bacon grease down your drains. This includes kitchen and sink drains, bathtub drains, and even your toilet counts as a drain. So don't flush grease down your toilet when the sinks get all clogged.

The catapult down by the duckpond is for residents' entertainment purposes only, not for launching your garbage into the duckpond or onto the properties on either side of the trailer park.

Stop committing felonies on your front porches, right there where everyone can see you. Children don't need to see you smoking meth and shoving straws up your nose and needles in your arms and building pipe-bombs on top of a washing machine on your patio. Keep that shit inside your trailer where it belongs.

Whoever has been using the washers in the laundromat as a toilet had better knock it off right fucking now.
