Watch out for all the stuff headed to space #54! A new resident is moving into that empty trailer space where the Feral family's trailer burned down. There's a great big brand-new doublewide going in that space. You might want to park in the empty trailer spaces down the driveway so's your old beater don't get no more dings on it when all that trailer stuff squeezes through.

Watch out for emergency vehicles! And try to stay out of their way. Summer is typically when we attract the most police/fire/nuthatch/local news attention. A good thing to remember is, if you see a non-beater headed down the driveway, stay out of its way.

Keep your eyes peeled for Welcome Wagon Willy! He's been a bit dejected lately, with what all happened next door to him. That screwball already tried to commit suicide on top of his trailer, so he could just as easily leap out in front of your vehicle in the driveway. Just keep a eye out for Willy. Plus, he's taken a shine to the ex-wife of the new guy in space #54, so he's been skulking back and forth from space #38 to #54 something like 25 times a day.

Don't park in Jingo's yard down by the duckpond in space #99. The circus midget went and built a moat around his trailer. We already lost two cars, a little pickup truck, and a couple scooters to that moat already, and it's suspected in the disappearance of one of the Dorque's vehicles. Anyways, don't be parking in the midget's yard.

School's out, so that means street urchin Timmy Radkin will be loitering around the trailer park, burgling our toolsheds, littering our yards, peeping into our trailers, and begging to have his ass runned over in the driveway. Keep a eye out for that little asshole.

Watch out for runaway scooters! Virginia Beadle in space #17 spaced and left hers running and forgot to set the brake. Miz Beadle's scooter escaped and she chased it all the way down to space #62, where it crashed into Eddie Whisman's monster truck. Let that be a lesson to y'all.
