The monthly haulaway of unregistered vehicles is all set to happen on Tuesday the 10th, so get out there and do something about your dead old beater, if you got one.

Watch out for the speedbump halfway down the driveway! We all got so used to that board Timmy laid over the speed bump to use as a bike ramp, and now it's gone. Timmy went and built a super-steep bike ramp up against the side of space #68 and don't need that old board-ramp no more. Several residents have complained about tearing up the undersides of their old beaters speeding over that part of the driveway. So keep your eyes peeled.

Road rage will NOT be tolerated on our driveway.

Stunt driving anywhere on Tinbox Acres property is forbidden. Keep that in mind when you're driving through the trailer park. It's okay to spin donuts in the turnaround area down by the duckpond, though.

Watch out for lunatics driving in circles real fast for no reason in the turnaround area by the duckpond! That's not a good place to let your kids play.

Some time in the next month or so, were fixing to have the speedbumps re-pointed. The pointy tops that REALLY slow the traffic have gotten rounded from the heat last summer, and from knocking parts out from underneath speeding vehicles over time. So keep on the lookout for the asphalt truck, and slow your ass down after you see it in our driveway.
