Watch out for holiday guest traffic into and out of the trailer park over the holidays! Remember some of your neighbors will have kids visiting, and those kids will be running up and down the driveway. Don't go running over any children when you're entering and leaving the trailer park.

Our huge pointy speedbumps will have big yellow and white stripes painted all over them. This is set to occur on Monday the 12th. While we're all used to the speedbumps down the driveway, our guests complain they can't see them until after the drive train is ripped out from under their cars. Our guests will see our speedbumps clearly this holiday season.

The monthly haulaway of unregistered vehicles will not be occurring in December. Happy Holidays from the Tinbox Acres management team, and the county mobilehome code enforcement department.

The entire driveway will be barricaded for the Christmas Eve party on Saturday the 24th. Please leave your car in the parking lot of either Boozapalooza or Rogelio's Quick-E-Mart that Saturday so we can stagger and stumble around the driveway completely blasted out of our minds without getting ran over on Christmas Eve.

Please refrain from attracting emergency vehicles into the trailer park. Emergency vehicles are usually parked in a bunch, and it impedes traffic in the driveway.
