We've managed to sell nearly all those abandoned trailers, so the fines you residents racked up last month were paid in a timely manner. Just don't let it happen again, PLEASE.  For God's sake.

Stay calm and don't do anything destructive for a while. Get to know your new neighbors.  That should occupy your time in a constructive manner.

Management has a good idea. How about if a bunch of you unemployed assholes and worthless layabout welfare recipients all get together and try to do something constructive for a change? That means building something instead of tearing shit down for a change.

Now, Management can't speak for the rest of the taxpaying population, but it drives Management nuts to know that our tax dollars are going to support all of you. One look at how you all spend your welfare checks is enough to frighten any taxpaying citizen. Find something more acceptable to do than to just sit in your trailers and consume government-funded booze, cigarettes and dope.

We also should remind you to pay your space rent off the TOP of your welfare checks, not after you've blown the vast majority of it on the aforementioned shit.
