What have you lunatics been up to in the field next door? We've been receiving complaints from Chuck Bodell, the owner of that field, about Tinbox Acres residents vandalizing the shit out of his property.

Chuck said it's not uncommon for him to find his property littered with smashed fruit and burned-up tires and whatnot, but whatever you all did last month simply went WAY too far.

Chuck said he came by to check on his property because he just got a permit to build a house there.  Flung all over his field was a bunch of old, beat-up mattresses, and apparently there was evidence of arson in the form of a big patch of burned-up weeds on the shore of the duckpond.

Management forbids littering, vandalism and arson, whether it's inside or outside Tinbox Acres property. Please keep this in mind before you litter, vandalize, or burn any property on or around the trailer park.
